Couples Coaching


As with one-on-one coaching we will have an Intake Session, typically both partners attend, and the three of us work to clearly understand where and how negative ADHD issues are showing up in the relationship.

Once we have clarified the issues we create a blue print for our coaching by defining the top 5 primary coaching issues that need to worked on first.

Through honest, non judgmental coaching positive changes begin to take hold; old limiting beliefs and counterproductive patterns of relating shift. With perseverance fulfilling and satisfying relationships inevitably follow.
